Opened in 2010, Meydan pairs a 2,400 metre turf course and a 1,750 metre dirt course with a grandstand more than a mile long.

The Dubai World Cup runs on the last Saturday of March every year at Meydan Racecourse. The 2027 edition is Saturday 27 March 2027.

It is a single day. Gates open at 12pm, the first race is around 3:30pm and the final race runs under the floodlights at around 8:30pm, followed by the closing show.

Smart casual. Jeans, T-shirts, shorts, trainers and flip flops are prohibited in the hospitality areas, including Apron Views and the Parade Ring.
