The academy

The Pitch Is Where We Start.
The Person Is Where We Finish.

Provn is a child development institution that uses football as its vehicle. Four pillars in one academy: football coaching on a structured curriculum of technical mastery, tactical awareness, small-sided games and weekly competition; performance and health, with strength and conditioning, injury prevention and sports science; nutrition and lifestyle education that gives each child a life-skills toolbox; and a community connecting families, coaches and partners.

The founder, Dr Shefali Verma, is a physician, sports medicine specialist and strength coach with 25 years bridging clinical medicine and elite performance, in private practice as an integrative medical doctor in Dubai since 2010 and an educator to schools and parents through the Doctor Shefali Consultancy.

The proposition

Built Into The
Programme Itself.

Authentic brand integration across seminars, storytelling, workshops, sampling and events.

  • Educational seminars for parents, coaches and kids, featuring sponsor products and expertise.
  • Community storytelling: podcast episodes, interviews and reels that showcase the relationship and real impact of each sponsor.
  • Workshops: sponsor-led sessions for parents, coaches and kids, built into the programme calendar.
  • Product sampling: hands-on trials with players and families.
  • Special events: motivational speakers, hands-on workshops and coaching badge ceremonies, with sponsor access and visibility built in.
  • Community events: monthly parent-and-athlete events such as pilates, mobility and run clubs, with key sponsors given first right of refusal.
The Provn engine

Assess. Train. Educate.
Compete. Evolve.

A closed-loop system where every child’s development is continuously refined through assessment, education and real competition. No fragmentation. No quick fixes. Just foundations.

Assess: a baseline movement screening plus a health and lifestyle profile for every child. Train: a technical football curriculum with age-appropriate strength and conditioning. Educate: nutrition, recovery and lifestyle education for children, parents and coaches. Compete: weekly matches, tournaments and tours that turn habits into character. Evolve: continuous review refines each child’s plan, and the family’s around them.

The Roses pathway

Designed For Girls.
Built For Life.

Girls’ football is the fastest-growing segment of the game and the most underserved by integrated development. The Roses is a pathway designed for girls, with its own dedicated venue once enough girls enrol.

Female-specific strength: research-backed training designed around how girls develop physically, with injury prevention, strength work and sports science built for the female body from day one. Cycle education: integrated into training so girls understand and work with their physiology, building awareness, confidence and long-term athlete wellbeing. Long-term wellbeing: resilience, confidence and a relationship with their own health that lasts well beyond the final whistle.

Where the sponsorship goes

Year One, Allocated To
The Flagship Launch.

Founding sponsorship launches The Provn Academy in Dubai and proves the Longevity Junior model. Year one funds business setup (licensing, legal and company formation), pitch and training facility hire for the 40-week programme, qualified coaches and specialist partners, training equipment and match kit for every player, and the brand build, launch campaign and the first Provn Forum.

The Provn Forum is a paid annual event open to coaches, parents and the wider youth-sport community, focused on child health, development, mental resilience and best practice: a launch event in year one, scaling regionally across the UAE and GCC from year two. Partners include Intelth LLC (technology), Vivamus Clinic (sports psychology), OrthoPro Clinic (injury management) and Doctor Shefali Consultancy (lifestyle medicine and proactive healthcare education).

The English College, Dubai, Provn’s first Foundation Partner, with 1,300 to 1,500 students across 850 to 1,000 households; the wider ISP Dubai network of 6,500 to 7,500 students; seven more schools in the Jumeirah vicinity; and the Equiti Youth Football League, with 400 plus academy teams and 23,000 plus players competing weekly.

A 40-week year-round system with three football sessions a week plus one to two strength and conditioning sessions, in two pathways: The Royals for boys and The Roses for girls. Tours, tournaments and professional mentorship scale as the academy grows.

The flagship launches in year one, 2026, subject to a successful sponsorship round, with holiday camps, community events and the first Provn Forum. Year two adds international tours and tournaments; year three targets a second Dubai site or a dedicated Roses venue.
