• Adherence to Event Organiser Policies
  ES Sport follows the official policy of the event organiser in case of postponement or cancellation. Refunds or changes are only made if approved by the organiser.
• No Refund Policy
  All purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of personal, travel, or visa-related circumstances.
• Ticket + Hotel Accommodation Packages
  Some tickets must be booked with hotel stays. ES Sport is not responsible for any issues between the customer and the hotel.
• Force Majeure
  In unforeseen events beyond control, no refunds are given unless the organiser specifies otherwise. ES Sport holds no liability for such disruptions
• Responsibility & Conduct
  Customers must manage their own travel and entry requirements. ES Sport isn’t liable for entry denial or third-party service issues.
• Accuracy of Customer Information
  Customers must ensure all booking details are correct. ES Sport isn’t responsible for problems caused by inaccurate information.
• Event Access and Behaviour
  Event access is subject to venue rules. Misconduct may result in removal without refund.
• Policy Changes
  ES Sport may update these policies at any time. The policy in place at the time of booking applies. Furthermore, the terms and conditions of the event organiser/rights holder supersedes all other agreements and are available on request.
