Every hotel to stadium transfer runs around your fixtures, and we stay on site right across the weekend. A question, a late change, a favour asked at short notice. Whatever comes up, someone from our team is close by.

About team travel

Team packages start at 10 travellers and are priced per person. Travelling with fewer than 10? We can still quote. Just let us know your numbers and we’ll tailor the arrangements to fit.

Yes. Family, friends and club supporters travel on the same package, with the same hotel and travel arrangements as the squad. It keeps everyone together throughout the trip, from arrival in Dubai to the final whistle and the journey home.

Tournament entry is managed by the organisers. We work alongside them to make sure your entry and accreditation paperwork is completed efficiently. You enter the tournament. We help take care of everything around it.

Yes. Our express UAE visa service arranges entry visas for members of your travelling party where required. Tell your advisor which passports are travelling and we confirm the requirements and guide you through. One less thing for the team manager.
