ES Sport code of conduct

This Is ES Sport.

The ES Sport code of conduct sets out our values, the commitments we hold ourselves to, the principles we expect of our suppliers, and the conduct we ask of every guest, travelling group and partner across our sport experiences, team tours and sponsorships.

How we work

The Standards We
Work To.

Purpose and scope

This code sets out how ES Sport works and what we expect from the people who travel, attend and partner with us. It applies to every service we provide: sport experiences and hospitality, team tours and training camps, and sponsorship and partnerships.

It covers ES Sport employees and contractors, our suppliers, our clients and their guests, members of travelling groups and their leaders, and the brands, rights holders and suppliers we work with. It sits alongside our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Where an event organiser, venue or rights holder has its own rules, those rules also apply.

Our values

This code is built on the four values we hold to on every partnership, every event and every conversation. We expect the people and businesses we work with to share them.

  • Value first. We create value for everyone involved: clients, partners, fans and the wider sporting ecosystem. Every opportunity should move sport forward.
  • Relationships over transactions. Good business starts with good relationships. We build trust, invest in people and play the long game.
  • Make it happen. We take ownership, solve problems and deliver what we promise.
  • Leave it better. Every partnership should leave something stronger behind: a stronger brand, happier fans and a healthier sporting ecosystem.

Our commitments

Our values become commitments in how we work. Everyone who books with, works for or partners with ES Sport can expect us to:

  • Describe what we sell honestly, including official status, inclusions and dates, and never promise access we cannot deliver.
  • Put the safety and wellbeing of guests, players and staff first in every plan we make.
  • Treat everyone with respect, whatever their nationality, background, gender, age, faith or ability.
  • Keep personal and commercial information confidential and use it only as set out in our Privacy Policy.
  • Follow the laws of the countries we operate in and the rules of the organisers and venues we work with.
  • Choose suppliers who meet the principles in this code, and pay them fairly and on the terms we agree.
  • Respond to concerns promptly and fairly, and learn from them.

Respect and inclusion

ES Sport does not tolerate harassment, discrimination, bullying, abusive language or threatening behaviour, whether in person, in writing or online. This applies at venues, in hotels, on transport, at hospitality functions and in any group chat or social media channel connected to a booking.

Please treat venue staff, hospitality teams, drivers, officials, players and other supporters with the same courtesy you would expect in return.

At events and venues

Guests attending an event through ES Sport agree to:

  • Follow the ticket, entry, security and prohibited items rules of the event organiser and venue, and the instructions of stewards and staff.
  • Carry valid identification and tickets or accreditation, and use them only as issued. Tickets and passes may not be resold or transferred unless the organiser allows it.
  • Respect dress codes in hospitality areas and private suites.
  • Drink responsibly and only in licensed areas. Venues may refuse service or entry to anyone who appears intoxicated.
  • Keep to the areas their ticket or package allows, and respect any restrictions on photography, filming and recording.
  • Leave shared spaces, suites and transport as they found them.

Travel and local laws

Many of our events take place in the United Arab Emirates, and our team tours travel across the region and beyond. Laws and customs vary from country to country, and visitors are subject to the laws of the place they are in.

We ask every traveller to respect local laws and culture, including rules on public behaviour, dress, alcohol, photography and social media. Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and any required health documents, as set out in our Terms and Conditions.

Team tours and young people

Many of our team tours include players under 18. The safety and wellbeing of young people comes first on every tour we run.

  • Each touring group must travel with a named group leader and enough responsible adults, as agreed with the club, school or organisation before departure.
  • Group leaders are responsible for supervision, curfews, the conduct of their party and for sharing the medical, dietary and emergency contact information we need.
  • Adults travelling with a group must follow their organisation’s safeguarding policy. ES Sport staff and suppliers working with young people follow ours.
  • Players are expected to respect coaches, opponents, officials, host facilities and one another, on and off the pitch.
  • Any safeguarding concern should be raised with the group leader and ES Sport straight away. Where there is a risk of harm, we will contact the relevant authorities.

Sponsorship and partnerships

Brands, rights holders and agencies working with ES Sport agree to:

  • Use names, logos and marks only as the rights holder has approved, and within the agreed rights.
  • Make accurate claims about the partnership, including its status and what it includes.
  • Submit activation plans, content and communications for approval where the agreement requires it.
  • Deliver activations safely and in line with venue, organiser and local advertising rules.
  • Keep the commercial terms of any agreement confidential unless both parties agree otherwise.

Supplier guiding principles

Our guests experience the hotels, transport, hospitality, venues, ground handlers, coaches and activation partners we choose. We work with suppliers who hold themselves to the same standards we do, and we expect every supplier working on an ES Sport booking or partnership to:

  • Act lawfully and ethically. Comply with all applicable laws and licensing requirements, and hold the permits, insurance and accreditation their service needs.
  • Refuse bribery and corruption. Never offer, pay or accept bribes, kickbacks or improper payments, and declare any conflict of interest connected to ES Sport work.
  • Put safety first. Keep vehicles, venues, equipment and food service safe and properly maintained, follow local health and safety rules, and have clear emergency procedures.
  • Protect young and vulnerable people. Where a service involves players under 18 or vulnerable guests, use appropriately vetted staff and follow recognised safeguarding practice.
  • Treat workers fairly. Pay at least the legal wage on time, respect working hours and rest, provide safe conditions, and use no forced, bonded or child labour. Workers must not have their identity documents withheld.
  • Respect people and prevent discrimination. Provide a workplace and a service free from harassment and discrimination.
  • Look after information. Use guest and client data only to deliver the service, keep it secure, and handle it in line with applicable data protection law.
  • Represent partners accurately. Use rights holder and sponsor names, logos and marks only as approved, and never imply an official status that does not exist.
  • Reduce environmental impact. Take practical steps to cut waste, energy and single-use materials, and support the sustainability requirements of event organisers.
  • Be open with us. Tell ES Sport promptly about incidents, delays, complaints or breaches that affect our guests or partners, and cooperate with any review.

Working with our suppliers

We apply these principles when we choose suppliers, and we may ask for evidence such as licences, insurance or safety records before and during a contract. Where a supplier falls short, we will work with them to put it right. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to the supplier being removed from our programmes.

Suppliers and their staff can raise concerns about ES Sport or about conduct on an ES Sport booking using the contact details below.

Integrity, gifts and conflicts of interest

ES Sport does not offer, pay, request or accept bribes or improper payments of any kind, directly or through anyone acting for us. Hospitality and gifts we provide or receive must be reasonable, proportionate and given openly, never to secure an unfair advantage.

Employees and contractors must declare any personal interest that could affect a decision they make for ES Sport. We do not take part in betting or match-fixing activity connected to events we deliver, and we report any approach of that kind to the organiser.

Content, media and social channels

Photographs, video and posts from events must respect the privacy of other guests and the rules of the venue and organiser. Please do not share images of other people, particularly young people on team tours, without their consent or, for under 18s, the consent of their parent or group leader.

ES Sport may photograph or film at events for our own channels. We tell guests where this happens, and anyone who prefers not to appear can let our team know on the day.

If the code is breached

Where someone breaches this code, ES Sport may take action proportionate to what has happened. That can include a warning, removal from a venue, hospitality area or tour activity, cancellation of the remaining services on a booking, or ending a commercial relationship. As our Terms and Conditions set out, removal for misconduct may be without refund.

Organisers and venues can also take their own action, including refusing entry or issuing bans.

Raising a concern

If you are a guest, partner, supplier or member of staff and you see or experience something that goes against this code, please tell a member of the ES Sport team at the event or on tour, or contact us at info@es-sport.ae or +971 4 435 6612. Concerns are handled confidentially and fairly, and no one will be treated unfairly for raising one in good faith.

In an emergency, contact the local emergency services first.

Changes to this code

ES Sport reviews this code regularly and may update it. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Last updated 15 September 2026.
